Answers to these frequently-asked questions may be helpful:


Question: Is it cheaper to book a reservation from your website or can I find a better deal through an online reservation site?


Answer:  It is ALWAYS better to book directly online through our website! We are able  to offer our guests the BEST rates and coupons that will never be available on third party bookings! Additionally, our book direct guests enjoy OCEANFRONT (based on availability) suites!  Always check our Specials page…some wonderful deals for our wonderful guests!!!


Question: What is the cancellation policy?


Answer: Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your reservation and must be made with whichever booking engine you used to make the original reservation.


Question: Can I cancel my reservation by calling the hotel or by email?


Answer: Your reservation is not considered cancelled unless it is done with the reservation engine you booked through.  Cancellations or amendments to your reservation can not be made by email or voicemail. Go to the reservation engine and follow the directions for AMEND/CANCEL Reservation.  Credit cards are charged 72 hours prior to your reservation and are non-refundable once charged.


Question: Can I book a reservation by phone or email?


Answer: All reservations must be made through a secure reservation form online.  We do not take reservations by phone or email.


Question: When will my credit card be charged?


Answer: Your credit card will be charged 10% of your total booking at time of reservation. Balance due (including taxes) will be charged at check-in.


Question: What happens if funds are not available on my credit/debit card during preregistration?


Answer: Your reservation will be cancelled.  Reinstated rates are subject to availability at prevailing room rates.


Question: When a reservation is request but not yet confirmed, will my credit card be charged?


Answer: Your credit card will not be charged until your reservation has been confirmed.  You will receive an email confirmation from the hotel.  It’s important to read the email confirmation as it contains details you may find important.


Question: Is a security deposit required


Answer: Yes.  A security deposit of $100 is required upon check-in.  Security deposits are allowable on credit card only. No cash.


Question: Is the security deposit refundable?


Answer: The security deposit is not a charge.  It is only a pre-authorization.  All rooms are checked thoroughly prior to your stay and after your stay.  If there is no damage, nothing missing and no evidence of smoking, your security deposit will be released.


Question: Do you accept debit cards?


Answer: Yes.  Please be aware your each bank handles pending payments or charges on hold differently and you may experience a waiting period of up to 30 days to be credited back for your security deposit or for any other reason we have put a hold on funds relative to your reservation with us.  The hotel does not hold up anyone’s funds.


Question: Can I use a gift card?


Answer: No. We do not accept gift cards.


Question: Can I reserve a room for my friend?


Answer: The credit card owner must be present at check-in.  Names of any guest(s) of the registered guest must be provided to the front desk at check-in.


Question: Can I use a different card at check-in than the one I used to book the reservation?


Answer: Yes. However, if you want to have the initial charge removed from the original credit card, there will be a 20% processing fee to run the credit and charge the new card.


Question: Can I my guests check-in if they arrive before me?


Answer: No.  There can be no check-in until the card holder whose name is on the reservation arrives in person.


Question: Is there an age restriction to book a room?


Answer: No one under the age of 21 can reserve a room at our hotel.  Any room reserved must be occupied by at least one adult over the age of 21.


Question: Can a parent or legal guardian reserve a room for a minor?


Answer: No. All guests must be 21 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Do not book a room if you are under 21.  If you do, you will not be permitted to check in and you will not  receive a refund.


Question: Are there additional charges for early check-in or late check-out?


Answer: Yes.


Question: Are pets allowed?


Answer: Sorry, no pets allowed in rooms or common areas.


Question: Is there a limit to the number of people allowed per room?


Answer: Yes.  Each room has a posted allowable limit under “Room Types / Hotel Amenities”.  These are the maximum occupancy.  There are no exceptions to the maximum allowable occupancy.


Question: do you have “smoking rooms” or smoking areas?


Answer: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.


Question:Are the kitchens fully equipped?


Answer: Kitchens are equipped with: Dishes, coffee pot, toaster, utensils, microwave, 2-burner stove, small pot and pan.  Large pots & pans may be acquired at the front desk.  Coffee, coffee filters, and condiments are not supplied.


Question:  What is the parking situation?


Answer: Parking for one vehicle per registration is FREE in our indoor garage.


Question:Can I park my large vehicle in the parking garage?


Answer: There is a vehicle height limit of 6′ 5″ in the parking garage.


Question: Is pool open all year ’round?


Answer: The pool (outdoor pool only) is open memorial Day thru Labor Day.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area as well as the game room.


Question: Do the rooms have balconies?


Answer: There is no balcony access in any room.  Some rooms have a balcony but there is still no access.  No exceptions due to insurance restrictions.

Question: Do you have room safes?


Answer: there are no safes in rooms or at front desk.


Question:Which credit cards / debit cards do you accept?


Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover only.  Debit cards must be of either of these 3 brand names and must be attached to a bank account.  Gift cards, All-Access cards, Tax cards or prepaid cards are not accepted.  No exceptions.


Question:Should I bring my own linens?


Answer: Linens are provided by the hotel. The exception would be if you book a condo with the special weekly rate.


Question: Are there Jaccuzzi baths in the rooms?


Answer:  Rooms are equipped with standard-size jetted tubs.  These are not considered “hot tubs”  Hot-tubs are available on the 3rd floor and are available for use Memorial Day thru Labor Day weather permitting.
